For instance, “Email Ellie,” created by the company’s creative team, crafts hyper-personalized marketing campaigns aligned with Virgin Voyages’ witty and playful brand voice. Ellie goes beyond simple automation, tackling one of marketing’s hardest challenges: expanding reach while preserving authentic brand identity.
Since launching “Email Ellie,” the AI-driven marketing assistant, Virgin Voyages’ team has cut campaign copy creation time by around 40%, allowing marketers to focus on high-value tasks like promoting new itineraries, enhancing personalization for Sailor communications, and elevating brand storytelling.
These AI-powered campaigns have also yielded tangible results, contributing to a 28% year-over-year increase in July sales.
